IV. 4 CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING TENDER DOCUMENTS (art. 18 of the PPL):

Tender documentation can be obtained by August 4, 2009 every work day from 10:00 to 16:00 hrs. at the address of the Contracting Authority stated under I.1, or it will be delivered to the interested suppliers at their request. The request for delivery of tender documentation, the suppliers are to send in writing (by mail or fax). The fee is not foreseen for taking the tender documentation.

IV.5.    LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TENDER,if other than official BiH languages are also accepted (article 8 PPL)

Tenders are to be submitted in one of the official languages of BiH

Remark: Compliant tenderers, after the first phase will be obligated to declare on the option of the tender in a manner as stated in the tender documentation for submission of tenders.

IV. 8.    DATE AND PLACE OF TENDER OPENING

The Contracting Authority will open requests for participation in the restricted procedure after the final deadline set for reception of requests. Opening will not be public.

Section V:     ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. The tender is to contain all the required documents stated in this notice on procurement, as well as documents mentioned in the tender documentation in the manner and form set forth in the tender documentation, otherwise it can be eliminated because of formal-legal or essential shortcomings.

2. Interested candidates may request from the contracting authority clarification of the tender documentation in accordance with the Instruction on Application of the Law on Public Procurements not later than 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders stated under IV.6. i.e. by August 4, 2009 or by sending a letter to the fax no. 033/565-761, contact persons Nedžib Delić, Svjetlana Bošnjak.

3. The Contracting Authority bears no costs incurred by tenderers related to this Public Procurement Notice.

4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to stop-cancel the procedure of award of the contract for reasons-cases stipulated by the Article 12 of the Law on Public Procurements, on which it will notify the tenderers and publish notice on cancellation.

5. Candidates who satisfy the phase of prequalification will be invited to participate in continuation of the public competition.
