The Memorandum on mutual cooperation between the general secretariats of the Council of Ministers of BiH and entity governments and the Secretariats of the Government of the Brčko District of BiH has been signed today in Banja Luka. By the Memorandum the questions of possible exchange of the agendas, protocols, conclusions and other materials between the secretariats on all the government levels in BiH are being regulated.
By the authorization of the General secretariat of the Federal Government, this memorandum has been signed by Mirsada Jahić and the representative of the Government of the Brčko District of BiH, Đuro Tankosić, the general secretary of the Government of the RS, Vlado Blagojević and the general secretary of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Zvonimir Kutleša.
By the Memorandum, which has also been stipulated by the Action plan 1 of the Public Administration Reform Strategy in BiH, monthly holding of meetings of the general secretaries of all government levels in BiH has also been stipulated.
Cooperation between the general secretaries is especially significant in a sense of adapting of the legislation of BiH with the European standards.
