Seventh session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009, starting at 11 o’clock, in the Public Administration Reform Office building, Vrazova 9, Sarajevo.
Proposed agenda of the session:
1. Adoption of the Minutes from the sixth session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on December 16, 2008;
2. Approval of the tender documentation for the project “Strategic Communications” from the area of Institutional Communications;
3. Approval of the terms of reference “Developing the System for Performance Management in the Civil Service Structures in BiH” from the area of Human Resources Management;
4. Approval of the terms of reference “Blueprint of Development of Central Bodies of Governments in BiH – Implementation of the Phase I” from the area of Policy Making and Coordination Capacities”;
5. Approval of the final proposal of the contract for the project “Establishment of Network of Info Stands” from the area of Institutional Communications;
6. Discussion on the Minutes and Report of the Commission for Procurement of Consultancy Services for Implementation of the Project “Design and Establishment of Interoperability Framework and Standards for Data Exchange” with the proposal of measures for the phase of prequalification;
