At the session held today, the Council of Ministers of BiH has confirmed the Proposal Law on Changes and Amendments to the Law on State Service in the Institutions of BiH. The proposer, the Ministry of Justice of BiH, will deliver the Proposal Law for deliberation to the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH by a spontaneous legislative procedure, has been notified from the Information Service of the Council of Ministers.
The goal of the changes of the Law on Civil Service is primarily a shortening and improving the procedures of employment and selection of qualified staff, planning of human resources, grade of work and coordination of results, and harmonization with the other laws in BiH. By these changes and amendments, besides others, the determination of the code of civil servants has been predicted, and the competence of the Council of Ministers of BiH has been confirmed for its adoption.
