Present members of the PARF JMB at the session held today in Sarajevo, have by acclimation approved the project proposal and the terms of reference “One Stop Shop-services for assistance to citizens”, pilot project of the District of Brčko BiH from the area of Information Technologies.
Since the decisions of the PARF JMB are being brought by acclimation for a confirmation of adoption it is expected to have a written statement of the members of the JMB who have not been present at the session.
Pilot project "One stop shop" implies building and establishing of the infrastructure required for a stable and efficient functioning of the electronic administration in the BD BiH, or providing the services of the administration by electronic means.
The Civil Service Agency of the RS has pulled the proposal project of financing of publishing of the Modern Administration Magazine from the area of Institutional Communication, and the members of the PARF JMB have taken a standpoint that such projects cannot be financed as grants because that way the donors could not control the money they have invested in the PARF.
Present members of the JMB have by acclimation supported the document Procedures of coordinating the finances of the PARF. The need for creation of such document has come from the Memorandum on Understanding for Establishment of the PARF.
Discussion on changes of the Rules of Procedure of the PARF JMB has been postponed for the next session.
