Dnevni avaz: Bosnia and Herzegovina has to adopt a law on principles of local self governance, because it stems from the article 2. of the European Charter on Local Self Governance, where it clearly stands that principles of local self governance will be established by the legislation of the State Party to the Charter and where it is possible by the constitution, said yesterday at the press conference Vahid Šehić, the president of the Forum of Citizens of Tuzla.
In Sarajevo were presented the Draft Law on the Principles of Local Self Governance in BiH and the proposal of amendments to the Constitution of BiH from this area, which are the result of seven public debates in BH cities.
