Second joint meeting of the members and deputy members of the supervisory teams for implementation of the Action Plan 1 of the Strategy for Public Administration Reform in BiH, was held on March 11, 2008 in Sarajevo.
The participants of the meeting during the discussion on the Draft Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Teams agreed on the text of this document and expressed their readiness to adopt it at the meeting, so the work of these intergovernmental work bodies for implementation of the Strategy for Public Administration Reform could become formally operational. Because of the procedural limitations, it has been agreed that the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office will amend the text of the Rules of Procedure within seven days in accordance with the changes agreed at the meeting, after which it will be adopted as the same text by the supervisory teams for every reform area.
Members and deputy members of the supervisory teams were presented at the meeting also the results of the first Annual Report on monitoring of implementation of the Action Plan 1, which was sent for approval to the Council of Ministers. Reform Area Coordinators with the Coordinator’s Office informed the participants of the meeting also on the current activities on preparation and realisation of the projects of public administration reform which will be financed by the Public Administration Reform Fund and the budgets of the administration levels in BiH.
