Nezavisne novine: BRČKO – MPs of the Assembly of the Brčko District criticized yesterday the Mayor, Mirsad Đapo, and the whole Government because of findings of the auditor’s report, which discovered that every day for “representation” alone only in Đapo’s cabinet 900 KM was spent per day.
“Instead of by criteria for division of money, it has been done “approximately”, and almost for Ripley is the fact that representation in the Cabinet for every work day in 2006 amounted to 902 KM. This finding of auditor as well, which instead of “conditional positive evaluation” could have had a negative evaluation proves that our request for removal of Đapo was justified”, pointed out Ratko Stjepanović, chairman of the SDS Caucus.
Ante Domić, deputy mayor, deemed that the report marked shortcomings in functioning of the Government and that through special action plan, their mending was ordered. He stressed that he will also start the question of disciplinary responsibility in accordance with authorities and “if arguments are established for that”.
