The goal of the project is to improve effectiveness and efficiency of public expenditure management in support of economic development and poverty reduction. Purpose: To establishing a cadre of State-level officials who will have the capacity and skills (including personal and professional development) necessary for meeting international standards and functioning in international contexts. Summary: During the project up to 70 key individuals will be trained in doing analysis of audiences and their needs; professional presentation skills and written communication (writing reports, proposals, speeches, etc). Also group of 10 civil servants will be trained to provide cascade training in EU Communication Skills (Presentations and Writing) locally. |
