FRJU Project – 2

Overall objective: Creating basis for improvement of strategic and proactive communication in the CoM of BiH, the Government of the FBiH, the Government of the RS and the Government of BD of BiH.

Purpose of the project: Investigating and analysis of communication capacities and practice of the CoM, the Government of the FBiH, the Government of the RS and the Government of BD of BiH also including perception of the public about their communication practices; planning and realization of mid-term communication goals, channels and messages; creating communication strategies of the Council of Ministries and the Government of the Brčo District of BiH; revision/processing communication strategies of the Government of the FBiH and the Government of the RS; creating annual action plans for realization of communication strategies of the CoM, the Government of the FBiH, the Government of the RS and the Government of the District of Brčko; systematic planning of expenditures for communication activities.

Project Description: The project includes technical support in investigating and analysis of communication capacities, practices and attitudes of public towards the centers of the Executive Government covered by this project. Such investigation and analysis need to result in defining communication channels, messages, target groups and communication activities of the centers of the Executive Government, which is a starting basis for strategic access to institutional communication. Technical support in the frame of this project also needs to comprise comparing analysis of the existing communication strategies (of the Government of the FBiH and the Government of the RS) with the measures of the AP 1 in the area of institutional communication and creation of propositions for harmonizing these documents, and creation of the drafts of lacking communication strategies and draft of annual action plans for all four cited communication strategies.
