Tender documentation for the phase of prequalificatio can be taken until December 9, 2008 every work day from 10.00hrs to 16.00 hrs. at the address of the contracting authority stated under I.1., or it will be submited to the interested candidates at their reyuest submitted in written form (by mail of fax). No financial fee is stipulated for taking the tender documentation.

IV.5. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS REGARDING TENDER (art. 8 PPL)

Tenders shal be submitted in one of the offical languages of BiH.

IV.6. TIME LIMIT FOR RECEIPT OF TENDERS/REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE

December 19, 2008 until 12.00 hrs

IV.7. MINIMUM TIME FRAME DURING WHICH THE TENDERER MUST MAINTAIN VALIDITY OF ITS TENDER

IV.8. DATE AND PLACE OF TENDER OPENING

Contracting authority will open the request to participate in restricted procedure after deadline specified for reception of requests. Opening will not be public.

Section V: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In accordance with article 14. of Decision on implementation of the Law on Public Procurements of BiH, Contracting authority reserves the right to later request in writing additional information and additional documentation, as well as the right to accept request which contains mistakes or negligence that can be corrected, without changing the essential aspect of the request, or prejudicing the competition. Interested candidates can in written form (by post or fax) ask for explanation of tender documentation from the Contracting authority 10 days before expiration of deadline for submission of the request, stated under IV.6. i.e. by December 9, 2008. Contracting authority is not responsible for covering any costs tenderer produced by this notification on public procurement. Contracting authority keeps the right to stop-cancel the procedure of award of contract for reasons-cases specified in article 12. of the Law on Public Procurements, and thereof will inform tenderers and publish information on cancellation. Candidates which satisfy in the phase of prequalification shall be invited to participate in continuation of public competition and they shall receive the tender documentation and needed information for the second phase of procedure.
