Employees of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office, Miroslav Zeković and Kenan Avdagić, held a workshop on prioritization and development of an Action Plan in accordance with the CAF model in Sarajevo for representatives of the Legislative Office of the Council of Ministers of BiH over the past two days (September 22 and 23, 2025).
This is already the third cycle of self-assessment according to the CAF model conducted by the Office for Legislation, the aim of which is to improve the work of all work processes. Also, the leadership of the Office for Legislation will in the coming period apply to the Regional School for Public Administration to obtain the internationally recognized recognition of the CAF Mark, which would confirm that the organization is improving its effectiveness and efficiency.
At the workshop, employees of the Legislative Office selected a certain number of activities through a self-assessment process that they will implement in the next two years, with the focus of the activities being human resources management, digitalization, and strategy and planning.
