In mid-April of this year, Davor Šolaja, the Public Administration Reform Coordinator for the Government of Brčko District of BiH, was a guest on the show “Razgovor s povodom” (Conversation with a Reason) on Radio Brčko District of BiH.
Šolaja discussed the activities of Brčko District of BiH in the public administration reform process and said he hopes that two important laws—the Law on Public Administration and the Law on Civil Service—will soon be presented to the Government of Brčko District of BiH. He added that the draft texts of these two laws have been prepared, but comments are awaited from the SIGMA organization, which provides support to BiH on its path to the EU.
He said that Brčko District of BiH, as well as the three other administrative levels of government (BiH, Republika Srpska, and the Federation of BiH), are actively working on the implementation of the Public Administration Reform Strategic Framework and the Action Plan.
