Deputy State Coordinator for Public Administration Reform Prof. Ph.D. Ferid Otajagić participated in the conference “Participation of citizens in decision-making at the local level in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Towards an essential partnership” where the practices of citizen participation in decision-making at the local level were discussed.
Facilitating and complicating factors were identified at the conference and realistic steps forward were proposed.
The panel discussions offered a discussion on innovative approaches to citizen participation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as on catalysts for participation.
The conference was held in Sarajevo, and was organized by the OSCE Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
