The UNDESA (United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs) and the Central State Office for Administration of the Government of Republic of Croatia are organising the meeting entitled “Innovations in Administration in Mediterranean Region with Special Accent on Methodologies of Innovations Transfer”. The meeting will be held from April 23rd – 25, 2008, in Dubrovnik.

This meeting is one of the activities of the UNDESA Programme for innovations in public administration in Euro – Mediterranean Region, which has as an objective contribution to improvement of system of administration in the region. The objective of the meeting is creation of platform for presenting innovations in public administration for senior state officials, including the ministers from the countries of the Mediterranean region, as well as exchange of experiences in this area and discussion on transfer of good practices through pilot projects in numerous countries of the region.

It is expected that this high ranking event will be attended by around 40 participants. The representatives of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office of BiH will also take part in this event.
