The federal government adopted Action Plan for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina at a session held on Thursday, October 8, 2020.
The Government instructed the Federal Ministry of Justice – Institute for Public Administration to continue activities with the counties on the harmonization of legislation in the field of civil service, in order to reach the best legal solutions in agreement with the representatives of the county governments.
The FBiH Civil Service Agency is in charge of preparing and submitting to the Government of the Federation of BiH for approval the Rulebook on Internal Organization which will establish organizational units of the agency in all counties in the Federation of BiH, the Federation of BiH said in a statement.
