The Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office, in cooperation with the project implementers “Ibusiness d.o.o. East Sarajevo and Net-pro d.o.o. Brčko”, organises a final conference of the project “Improvement of the needs analysis process and evaluation of the effects of the training” which will be held in the hotel Marriott, Skenderija 1, Sarajevo, on 24 January 2018, starting at 12.00 noon.

Implementation of the project, among other things, created a model for needs assessment and evaluation of the effects of the trainings, tested in four institutions: the Labour and Employment Agency of BiH, the Republic Statistics Institute of the RS, the Ministry of Labour, Social Policy and Refugees of the Zenica-Doboj Canton and the Department for Professional and Administrative Affairs of the Brčko District.
Also, more than 250 managing and civil servants dealing with human resources management from the level of BiH, the FBiH, the RS and the BD BiH passed the training on application of the new model of needs analysis and evaluation of the effects of the training.
