Purpose: To support the BiH Civil Service Agency (CSA) in facilitating the application of change management principles across the BiH Civil Service

Summary: project is developed for the group of the 80 civil servants at senior and middle manager level who will be trained with the knowledge and skills to manage change effectively. This will include group training (training with combination of the individual change projects) and development of the toolkit and online internet-based learning resource.
