Short description: | The goal of the project is to improve effectiveness and efficiency of public expenditure management in support of economic development and poverty reduction. The aim is to meet its key objectives by introducing an integrated medium-term, policy led budget planning process through a programme of targeted technical assistance and capacity building. The project works with Ministry of Finance and Treasury of the CoM, the entity Ministries of Finance, pilot Cantons in Federation BiH, and Directorate for Economic Planning. |
