Dnevni avaz: Accepting the Social agreement for the period from 2009. to 2010. at the yesterday's exceptional session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the FBiH has been overshadowed by a discussion on the proposal budget of the Regulatory Commission for Electricity in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FERK) for this year.
Muhamed Morankić, delegate of the Bosnian party, has said that only for salaries and remunerations for 36 employees of the FERK has been stipulated 1.476.176 KM.
– By a simple word, an average salary in the FERK would be 3.417 KM, without allowance and other remunerations. It means that it could be up to 5000 KM – Morankić has explained.
The Club of the Socio Democratic Action, whose interests during discussion on the budget of the FERK have been represented by Mehmed Agić, has opposed the adoption of the budget of this institution.
– It is not normal that a deputy in a sector of finance in the FERK has a salary higher than 3.500 KM, and a Deputy Federal Minister has 1.500 – Agić has said.
The Social agreement, whose signatories were the Employer Association of the FBiH, the Association of Independent Unionists of BiH and Economic-Social Council, implies the public administration reforms, rationalization of the expenditures in the administrative and supervisory boards of public companies and a big significance has been given to strengthening the role of the Developmental bank of the FBiH and increasing its basic capital.
The partners have agreed that allocations for the social categories become harmonized with the realistic financial possibilities and that a privatization of companies with the major state property becomes quickened.
