Dragan Ćuzulan, public administration reform coordinator and Adis Pobrić, authorised representative of the company KING ICT, signed today in Sarajevo the contract on implementation of the project “Implementation of common services for e-services”.
This is seventh project from the field of public administration reform, whose implementation started this year.
“Introduction of electronic services and their application would ease the everyday life to the citizens and to the businesses, as well as to the employees in public administration. A full implementation of the project would lead to enabling the citizens and legal entities to submit electronic requests to receive services provided by the Institute for Measurements of BiH, i.e. to add electronic attachments, to make electronic payments, to schedule a term to receive a service, to receive information on the case status, and to receive the requested certificates, specific decision etc. electronically”, said Dragan Ćuzulan, public administration reform coordinator.
He added that the service for the level of the Federation of BiH is related with the fields of land measurement and real-estate cadastre (issue of copy of the plan, transcription of the deed and the request for the division of the land) of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Legal-Property Affairs.
“At the level of the Republic of Srpska, it is an electronic service of receiving a digitised land registry deed. For the level of the Brčko District of BiH, it is an electronic service of employment in public administration of the BD BiH, i.e. a service for the citizens who would like to apply for a competition for filling a vacancy in public administration of the BD BiH”, said the public administration reform coordinator. According to him, implementation of these pilot online services would bring direct benefits to the citizens and businesses through the project, because those services would be available at any time and from any place, regardless of the gender, age, education, etc.
Adis Pobrić, authorised representative of the consortium “KING ICT d.o.o. Sarajevo, Lanaco d.o.o. Banja Luka and Lirex BG Ltd, Sofia, Bulgaria”, expressed a satisfaction that this consortium is the bearer of the project.
“We have the necessary experience and references for this job, because we already implemented similar projects in BiH and the region. In cooperation with the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office and the project beneficiaries themselves, we expect a successful implementation”, said Pobrić.
Beneficiaries of this project are: the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Department for Maintenance and Development of the System of Electronic Operations and e-Government, the IDDEEA – Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange, the Agency for Information Society of the RS, the Sectors for IT in the Secretariats General of the Governments of the FBiH and the RS, the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communication, the Subdepartment for IT of the Government of the Brčko District of BiH.
