Dnevni avaz: If at the next session of the Commission for State Property, scheduled in two weeks, the Law on Division of State Property is not established, I will resign, said yesterday for “Dnevni avaz” Zvonimir Kutleša.
Draft of this Law was supposed to be established at the session held on Tuesday, but because of, as Kutleša said, minor reasons, that did not happen. Members of the Commission from the RS insisted on making an agreement or contract on division of state property between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the governments of entities and the Brčko District.
"With that proposal neither I nor the majority of the members of the Commission agree. I expect that the members from the RS until the next week will change their opinions and that in the end the draft will be established" said Kutleša. According to the draft Law, it is stipulated that within 60 days of its adoption, the office for state property is formed, which would make an inventory of all the state property both within and outside the borders of BiH.
"After that, the Council of Ministers would determine what are the needs of the state institutions and what property should be assigned to them, while the rest would be assigned as the property of the entities and of the Brčko District" said Kutleša, adding that all the immobile property outside of BiH is an exclusive property of BiH, while the mobile property would be divided in accordance with division of the VAT.
Kutleša stressed that the representatives of the Commission will meet on Monday with the High Representative Miroslav Lajčak and present to him what has been done so far.
Members still without salaries
Kutleša said that on the next session of the Council of Ministers, proposal of decision on the salaries of the members of the Commission is to be adopted, adding that since August, when its work started, members of the Commission have not received a single mark.
"Previous Commission in two years spent 130.000 KM, and have not done a single thing" claims Kutleša.
