Nezavisne novine: SARAJEVO – Within realization of the project IPALMO of the Institute of the Republic of Italy for international relations, yesterday in Sarajevo started five day seminar for parliamentarians of BiH.
Participants of the seminar will be dealing with the questions of basic human rights in international relations, and the principle of parliamentary majority for decision making on constitutional and administrative matters. This was released from the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.
During the event, lectures will be held by university professors and parliamentary officials from Italy and experts from BiH.
Foreseen were also sessions dedicated to questions related to confederation and federation, international and national perspectives, as well as to minority rights.
