The Draft of the Annual Report (for 2025) on the implementation of the Strategic Framework Action Plan for Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2027 has been published on the e-consultation portal, with the attached Tabular Overview of the Implementation of the Action Plan.
The consultation process will last from March 9, 2026 to March 24, 2026.
Purpose
The general objective of the Draft Report is to inform the Council of Ministers of BiH, citizens and donors about the implementation of the commitments expressed in the Strategy and Action Plan in the field of public administration reform, and to enable informed decision-making on further steps that need to be taken in public administration reform in order to fulfill the planned commitments. The specific objective is to provide an overview of the progress achieved by performance indicators, achieved results of measures and deliveries for activities and measures from the PAR Action Plan and to create a basis for planning further activities in the coming period, in order to ensure the smooth continuation of the reform process.
