The European University of Brčko District and the European University “Kallos” Tuzla are organizing the IX International Scientific Conference on COVID – 19 Challenges and Consequences on May 28 this year in Brčko.
In the introductory part, scientists and experts from 17 different countries will be addressed by phd. Ferid Otajagić, Deputy State Coordinator for Public Administration Reform and will talk about the importance of e-government during the pandemic COVID -19.
Mr. Otajagić in his presentation, which is the topic of his scientific work, will refer to the computerization of administrative procedure and administrative dispute in the context of public administration reform in BiH. The time of the world crisis with the appearance of the pandemic indicates the necessity and need for public administration reform, especially the administrative procedure and administrative dispute, especially in the segment of their informatization and the establishment of electronic work.
