The Public call to civil society organisations to propose 4 (four) candidates and their deputies as members and deputy members of the Advisory Council of the “Open Government Partnership” initiative, which the Ministry of Justice of BiH published at its web site (www.mpr.gov.ba) on 6 January 2017, was answered by a total of 8 applications of the civil society organisations.
The Commission for selection of the members from the civil society organisations in the Advisory Council of the “Open Government Partnership” initiative, established in accordance with the signed Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of BiH and the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office for the purpose of providing expert and administrative assistance to the Advisory Council of the “Open Government Partnership”, discussed all the received applications of the civil society organisations, and in accordance with the criteria from the public call, they selected the members and their deputies in the Advisory Council of the “Open Government Partnership” initiative. All the received applications met the formal and legal requirements.
The selected members and deputy members of the Advisory Council of the “Open Government Partnership” initiative are Elvira Mujkić, member and Uglješa Vuković, deputy member (Transparency international BiH), Nermina Voloder, member and Tarik Jusić, deputy member (Association “Analitika”), Darko Brkan, member and Aida Ajanović, deputy member (Association “Zašto Ne”), Lejla Bičakčić, member and Aleksandra Zelić, deputy member (Centre for Research Journalism – CIN).
We would like to express our appreciation to the civil society organisations whose candidates were not selected as members and deputy members of the Advisory Council of the “Open Government Partnership” initiative for their applications and we believe that they would continue to give their contribution in promotion and implementation of the “Open Government Partnership” initiative.
