Dnevne novine "San", April 13, 2011 – At the session held in Mostar, members of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund have determined the Draft Memorandum III for establishment of the PAR Fund, which will ensure their further participation in the reform funding.
The Joint Management Board has determined the draft of this memorandum after the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway has expressed its readiness to invest funds in the PAR Fund and contribute to realization of the public administration reform obligations, right after the expressed readiness of the Swedish International Development Agency for continued investing in the public administration reform.
The Draft Memorandum stipulates that the SIDA will in the next three years (2012, 2013 and 2014) invest the total of three million Euros in the PAR Fund, one million per year. In the same period, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway will donate three million Euros to the Fund.
Members of the JMB PAR Fund have expressed their gratefulness to donors for their future investments in the Fund and have said that the money will assist the realization of the Revised Action Plan 1 of the PAR Strategy, the document that directs the public administration reform to implementing the concrete measures, which the citizens, business subjects and society will mostly benefit from.
