Nezavisne novine: The system of supervision of banks is successful and there are no objective reasons, except for political, for transferring this competency and consolidation of the Agency for banking at the level of BiH.
This has been said yesterday by Igor Radojičić, chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Srpska (RS), by explaining that the measures related to the unified or joint control of complete financial sector are being undertaken in the RS.
He has reminded that at the last session of the National Assembly in relation to that there has been adopted the Draft Law on committee for coordination which includes the subject matter of the agency for security and supervision of banks, and the commission for valuable papers of the RS by which the supervision of the whole financial sector in the RS would be coordinated.
The National Assembly of the RS has yesterday adopted the Draft Strategy of stimulating the export of the RS for the period from 2009. to 2012. and the Strategy for family development in the RS for the period from 2009. to 2014.
Radojčić has said that the National Assembly of the RS lacks the conduct codex in the Parliament.
"Even though the existing Internal rules are totally solid frame for keeping the discipline, the Legislation board is in a formal sense obligated to propose to the National Assembly of the RS the codex by which the additional measures would be prescribed, as are the establishment of ethic committee in the Parliament or pronouncement of financial penalties, which have not been prescribed by the Internal rules by now.
The National Assembly of the RS has during yesterday's session deliberated the Program of work of the Parliament of Srpska for 2009., which encompasses 109 legal solutions and 82 subject matters, which has not been finished by the conclusion of this number of our paper.
