The Government of the FBiH will by the end of this month, by the Joint Affairs Service, publish the tender for adaptation of space in Sarajevo's "Elektroprivreda BiH", which should from the next year be the base of the executive government of the bigger entity of BiH.
– All projects are ready and the works will be done in phases. After a list of consultations and analysis of legal regulations, it has been agreed that the works will be financed by the "Elektroprivreda", which will later, in the first phase, give us the space on lease by a convenient price. After that, the FBiH Government will undertake the steps in order for the business space to become in its ownership – has been said for "Dnevni avaz" by the director of the Service, Haris Ihtijarević, reports portal e-kapija.
He points out that the final goal of the Government is building of the totally new object by the base of the EPBiH, on location where are already the ground-works and which would, along with this location, be ideal for a final solution of the multi-year problem of residing of the federal administration.
– Only in Sarajevo we monthly have around 70.000 KM of expenditures for residence of the FBiH Government, or all the ministries, so it is finally a time to make some savings in this sector – Ihtijarević has said.
Because of this, the Law on Privatization of Companies has also been changed, in order to enable the Government to dispense a part of the property of a mostly state company for its needs.
If the current plan becomes realized, after the FBiH Government has moved into the building of the EPBiH, the Assembly of stock-holders of that company should adopt the special decision on this part of property, so it can with so called fair remuneration; become an official ownership of the FBiH. It is about six thousands of square meters of area.
