Oslobođenje: During last year from the evidence of the employment services 127.149 persons have been deleted, out of which 60.224 of them have got employed. In the same period 98.222 persons have been registered on the evidence, has been the last data of the federal Employment service.

In December of 2008. 7.861 persons have been deleted from the evidence of the employment services in the FBiH, out of which 3.175 of them have got employed. During the same month 10.732 new persons, who have been looking for employment, have registered themselves in the employment services, which is by 99 persons or 0.93% more in relation to November 2008.
In December 2008. the employers have over the employment services expressed their need to hire 1.135 persons, which is, in relation to the previous month, a reduction by 383 persons, or by 25.23%.
At the end of December 2008. 338.643 unemployed persons have been registered in the employment services in the FBiH, which is relation to November 2008. represents an increase by 2.871 or 0.86%.
Out of total number of unemployed, 175.451 persons have been registered in the employment services, or 51.81% of women.
In December 2008. 434.005 persons in the FBiH were employed, which in relation to the previous month represents an increase by 41 persons, out of which 278.004 or 64.06% was employed in economy, and 156.001 or 35.94 in non-economy. According to data of the Employment service of the FBiH, number of employed in December 2008. in relation to the average in 2007. is bigger by 20.329 or 4.91%.
In December 2008. 184 work permissions to foreign citizens have also been issued, which is by 59 more than in previous month.
