Oslobođenje: The Supervisor for the Brčko District, Raffi Gregorian has called on forming the concentration government in Brčko, right after the election of the president of the Assembly, their deputy and mayor of Brčko has been postponed again at the constitutional session of the Assembly of the District. Supervisor has sent a call after he has been notified that all the delegates have signed the declaration which expresses the support of decisions of the Arbitrary Tribunal for Brčko and in which the Parliament of BiH has been called on to adopt the annexes to the Constitution necessary to complete the supervision.
"I believe that by signing this declaration, there have been removed the dilemmas which have been prevented by some parties in forming the legitimate government", Gregorian has said.
Conversations on different dominant coalitions which have been led from October 5th, 2008., did not lead anywhere.
"Therefore, I call all the parties to intensively engage themselves on forming the concentration government, which will be able to overcome many challenges expected for the District", Gregorian has said after the meeting with the bearers of the lists of key parties in the Assembly. "There is no time to lose", Gregorian has said.
The Supervisor has reminded all the parties that it would be the best that the Assembly nominates the new, if possible younger persons to the executive positions in the government, persons who have shown the professionalism in the areas of work for which they would be proposed for nomination. In a matter of the last session he has stated critiques in a sense of unjustified leave of several delegates and temporary presiding, the move which shows no respect towards the colleagues delegates and which is in a contrary with the codex of conduct of the Assembly of the District", has been notified by the Office of the High Representative in BiH.
