Nezavisne novine: The Government of the FBiH has yesterday confirmed the budget for 2009 in the amount of 1.6 billion KM, has been announced after the session.
“On the side of expenditures, 30 million KM has been ensured for a transfer for demobilized soldiers, 24 million KM for financing the railroads of the FBiH and 25 million KM for financing the works on the highway Zenica – Sarajevo – Mostar”, has been stated in the announcement and pointed out that the Draft Budget has been sent to the parliamentary procedure.
An increase on the revenue side of 40.9 million KM has also been pointed out. It is related to the higher revenues from dividends of the public companies in the amount of 30 million KM, and from selling the shares of the "Sarajevo-Osiguranje" in the amount of 10.9 million KM.
The Government of the FBiH has last week confirmed the Draft budget of the FBiH for the next year in the amount of 1.56 billion KM, where for the agriculture has been predicted around 50 million KM, and nine million for small and middle companies.
"The Government of the FBiH has deliberated and adopted the Report of the Board of the Prime Minister on realization of conclusion of the last session related to the Draft Budget. For the next year the Government proposes a budget in the amount of 1.600.917.600 KM", has been stated in the announcement. Also, the Government of the FBiH has yesterday adopted the operative plan of work, which will be sent to the Parliament of the FBiH.
"The Plan represents an operationalization of the task from document Policy of activities and basic strategies of the Government of the FBiH in a mandate from 2007 to 2010", has been added in the announcement. It has also been concluded that the Social agreement for the period from 2009 to 2010 and the Program of measures for moderation of consequences of the global economic crisis and improvement of the business ambience, which has yesterday been signed by the leaders of the Government, the Associations of businessmen of the FBiH and the Alliance of independent unions of BiH, should also be sent to the parliamentary procedure.
