Dnevni list: BiH is by competitiveness at the 107th place in the world of possible 134, has been stated in report “World Competitiveness Network 2008-2009”, which has been made by the World Economic Forum. By competitiveness BiH was last year at the 106th place, while in 2006 from possible 122, BiH has been at the 82nd place.
Among the first ten countries this year, are: USA, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Singapore, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, Japan and Canada, while the Great Britain has fallen by three places and it has been at 13th place, which is explained by weakening financial market.
At the last place is Chad, and right after BiH is Albania, which is at the 108th place, Serbia is at the 85th and is Croatia at the 61st place.
According to investigation which has been implemented on the basis of available data and survey, the most problematic factors which impact the work in BiH, are instability of the Government, inefficient bureaucracy, corruption, access to finances, bad health care, crime and inflation.
According to the reports, out of 134 possible places for the time needed to find a job, BiH “won” 108th place, while for the judicial independence it took 116th place.
By unused spending of money from side of the Government, BiH is at 123rd place, and by the ethnical business of companies, 130th place. When speaking of the property rights, BiH is at the 121st place, and by the protection of intellectual rights, at the 125th. When speaking of organized crime, BiH takes 87th place.
According to availability of the latest technologies, BiH takes 123rd place, and when speaking of the internet users, 54th place.
