Tirak gave the guidelines
The head of the Sanitary Inspection of the canton Sarajevo, Osman Kapetanović has said that they did not receive any memo from the Office for inspections of the FBiH, to do the product analysis.
This has also been confirmed by the director of the Office, Ibrahim Tirak, by saying that yesterday he gave the guidelines for analysis performing, and that on Friday it will be decided what to do next.
Nedžad Bešlić, chief inspector of the Office for inspections of Tuzlanski canton, says that the previous month the market-tourist inspectors took the samples of alimentary articles in the catering objects and the fast food objects and butcheries in Tuzlanski canton. Analysis shows that there are positive test results in 19 cases.
All the analysis have been transferred to the sanitary inspectors and the owners of the objects in which the anomalies have been found, will be punished by high pecuniary penalties, or by imprisoning. An unusual case is that out of 19 cases of positive test results, in four of them anomalies have been noticed in the restaurants “Sezam”, of the owner Zoran Čeleketić, and these restaurants are ones of the most visited and the biggest in Tuzla.
