Nezavisne novine: SARAJEVO – The World Bank (WB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) are concerned about execution of the budget in the FBiH, because they expect explosion of expenditures, and they warn that social expenditure must be brought to realistic frames.

This was released yesterday from the Ministry of Finances of the FBiH after the meeting of Vjekoslav Bevanda with heads of the WB and the IMF in BiH, Marko Mantovaneli and Graham Slack.

“Together, we have to warn constantly what your citizens will have to give up if the uncontrolled spending of assets continues”, said Mantovaneli and reminded that the WB and the IMF are at disposal.

These international financial institutions expressed concern because of the fact that rebalanced budget of the FBiH was recently adopted by the Government of the FBiH and by the Parliament of the FBiH, without approval of the Ministry of Finances.
