Nezavisne novine: SARAJEVO – Incomes to the FBiH for the last year, on the occasion of budget planning were overestimated by 200 million KM. These are the data from the report on execution of the budget of the FBiH for the last year.
As reported, instead of by rebalance stipulated 1.59 billion KM, the FBiH gathered 1.38 billion KM, on the occasion of which income from the income tax of the enterprises and individuals, as well as from the VAT were overestimated.
Salaries and remunerations to the employees amounted to 183 million KM, while expenditures for procurement of permanent assets amounted to 89 million KM.
In total, the Directorate of Commodity Reserves of the FBiH spent 11.2 million KM more than planned, and the most economic were the Civilian Protection of the FBiH, who spent eight million instead of planned 14 million KM, and the Centre for Education of Judges and Prosecutors, who spent half of planned 1.2 million KM. More than planned was also spent by the Ministries of Culture and Sports and of Displaced Persons and Refugees.
Current reserves of the Government of the FBiH of 35 million KM were distributed for different purposes, from procurement of wheat for the Commodity Reserves of the FBiH and combating brucellosis, through assistance to different budget users, to procurement of several vehicles and servicing of obligations to “Jelić-auto” (412.000 KM).
The report also mentions transfers of 695.000 KM for restoration and renewal of sacral buildings, 100.000 KM for Sports Fishery Union of BiH, 430.000 KM for “sports teams which achieved a result”, and 115.000 KM for sports games of unions of the RVI and HVIDR.
Certain M.K. and A.H. are mentioned in the report as multiple users of amounts from 500 KM to 34.000 KM.
Report on expenditure of the current reserve of the prime minister and two vice prime ministers amounting in total to 800.000 KM is without complete data on users, and the same situation is also with grants for lower levels of authority and individuals awarded by the president of the FBiH and two vice presidents.
Failure of incomes from privatization
According to the report on execution of the budget for the last year, the FBiH through fines by the regulations of the FBiH received 6.5 million KM, which is two times more than planned, but it did not realize nine million KM planned from grants from abroad.
At the same time, the income from privatization, instead of planned 25 million KM, was 10 million KM, which came through adding of capital for “Energopetrol BiH”.
