Dnevni avaz: The Ministry of Finances and Treasury of BiH established that again spectrum of various commissions is widening on the state level and immediately undertook restrictive measures for charging for work in them. This was confirmed for “Dnevni avaz” by Fuad Kasumović, deputy minister of finances.
According to yesterday’s decision of the state Government, minister can form a commission, but its members cannot charge for work in that body.
They can be given a stimulation of up to 20 percent of salary on annual level. Members of the commissions formed by the Council of Ministers cannot be paid more than 6000 KM during one year.
Up till now individuals received up to 6.000 KM per month for work in three or four commissions. That is not fair, because it is their job for which they receive salary – said Kasumović.
New computer systems in the Treasury of BiH will automatically block all payments to individuals who, on account of work in commissions, cross set annual limits.
The Council of Ministers yesterday adopted the Strategy of anti-mine work 2009 – 2019, until when BiH is supposed to be free of mines, as well as a decision on the manner of election of the members of the MB of the Memorial Centre Srebrenica – Potočari.
