Dnevni avaz: In spite of completely opposed standpoints of the members of the Commission for State Property, according to proposed solutions for setting the titles, the chairman of the Commission, Zvonimir Kutleša announces that draft law which will cover this question will be in two weeks, and that the Law could be adopted in two-three months.
This commission will next week, in two weeks at the latest, make a draft law. If there is no absolute consensus, majority of votes will decide – said Kutleša for “Dnevni avaz”.
He adds that this draft law is a compromise between the starting request that all the property is to belong to BiH and a request that all the property is to belong to entities.
"We proposed compromise solution that the Council of Ministers of BiH establishes which part of property is needed to state bodies, and there is around sixty institutions, and the rest should belong to entities, municipalities, baring in mind that all the property outside of BiH belongs to the state" clarified Kutleša.
However, Bosniak and some other members of the Commission in this proposal see that the majority of property will belong to entities.
"BiH should be the owner and to give what it does not need to the entities, and not to decide what it needs. There are a lot of members of the Commission from the FBiH who think the same way. That draft law Kutleša made in person and by me, there is nothing to discuss about. Even if they try outvoting, I think they will not have enough votes", said the Commission member, Adnan Delić.
