Dnevni avaz: Tax on the net salary in BIH of 70 per cent, is among the highest taxes of that kind in the world, and such taxing is a direct contribution to grey economy, since it does not pay off to the employers to register the employees, warned yesterday the representatives of the ACIPS presenting the research on the manners of collecting and spending of budget resources by the institutions of BIH. Advisor in the ACIPS, Goran Dostić, thinks that the expenditures of the governments are very high and are above those of developed EU member countries.
Thanks to the VAT, revenues in the budget in the last few years increased. Still, however, there is an essential problem within the very system of revenues, i.e. in the manner of gathering and spending the resources. In order for BiH to start going into European integrations more expediently, it has to decrease high level of expenditures of the authorities – concluded Dostić.
