Overall objective Development of efficient and modern civil service/ administration in BiH in accordance with European standards and best practice, which will be capable to answer the demands of the EU integration processes and ensure quality service to its citizens, clients from the economy sector and other beneficiaries of its services. Purpose of the project Building of capacities of civil servants in bodies of civil service/administration on the level of institutions of BiH, the Federation of BiH, the Republic of Srpka and the Brčko District of BiH for practical application of knowledge from the area of information technologies in every day work and increase of general level of computer literacy in civil service/administration. Project Description The Terms of Reference is related with provision of services of training of employees in the bodies of civil service/administration for application of information technologies and usage of computers by standardised programme of training and verification of the acquired knowledge which ensures acquisition of a certificate for computer literacy which is recognised on European and/or international level. The programme of training is equally needed both for the employees with low level of knowledge of work on computer and the officers who possess suitable practical knowledge and through the education programme it is needed that they are provided with gaining of advanced knowledge and receiving of international diploma which can verify their acquired knowledge. Training programme for attendees should cover teaching units needed for enablement for work on computers and application of ICT for the beginner, intermediate and advanced level of beneficiaries, established by the standardised system of training for acquiring and verification of knowledge and skills for the following areas (modules): Work with operation system and files management (Microsoft Windows) Editing and writing of text (Microsoft Word) Electronic tables and calculations (Microsoft Excel) Networks, information services and communications (Microsoft Internet Explorer and electronic mail Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express) |

Direct beneficiaries are institutions and bodies of administration from the level of BiH, the Federation of BIH, the Republic of Srpska and the Brčko District of BiH whose employees will be included in the training programme. It is needed to organise the training for 1600 civil servants in total, i.e.: a) in total 200 civil servants from different institutions from the level of BiH b) in total 750 civil servants from different bodies of administration from the level of the Federation of BiH c) in total 500 civil servants from different bodies of administration of the Republic of Srpska d) in total 150 employees of different bodies of administration of the Brčko District of BiH. After signing the Annex to the Contract on additional funds for training, training will be organized for additional 800 civil servants in total, i.e.: a) in total 100 civil servants from different institutions from the level of BiH b) in total 375 civil servants from different bodies of administration from the level of the Federation of BiH c) in total 250 civil servants from different bodies of administration of the Republic of Srpska d) in total 75 employees of different bodies of administration of the Brčko District of BiH. |
