Dnevni avaz: Because of illegal work, primarily abroad, tens of thousands will be deleted from the records of the employment bureaus in our country. That, for the “Dnevni avaz” was released by Huso Sarić, director of the Agency for Work and Employment of BiH.
"Wherever there are our workers present abroad, and the Agency has indications that they work illegally, they will be deleted from the lists of unemployed" said Sarić.
According to his words, inspections of work are currently revising the lists of unemployment bureaus so they could verify whether the people who are registered are really without work, whether they have a right to be in those records or not.
"Only in Montenegro last year around 10000 people who worked or are working illegally have been discovered, and they are in records of the unemployment bureaus. Most of them are from the Republic of Srpska, but a significant number is from the Federation of BiH as well. We have names of all those people and all of them will be deleted from the records of the unemployment bureaus" said Sarić.
He warns that people who, outside of Agency for Work and Employment, are going to work abroad do not have a security that they will be paid and exercise their rights.
"If we are not acquainted with those jobs, then there is certainly something nor right. Through us, however, there is some legal framework for full protection of our people. Nevertheless, we through public ads warn to those things" stressed Sarić.
Doggy ads
In Agency for Employment they also warn on doggy ads in which for work abroad only women are wanted, under the code “workers in tourism”. They are often employed as victims of trafficking.
"One should be careful of those things, and our network of Diplomatic and Consular Representations should verify what kind of agencies those are, whether they are regulated in their countries as well " Sarić pointed out.
