The Regional School of Public Administration (ReSPA) awarded the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office with the CAF Effective User Label. Namely, the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office as an organization initiated the introduction of a quality management system in public administration back in 2010, and has itself implemented three cycles of self-assessment in its work according to the Common Assessment Framework (CAF) methodology. The above-mentioned certificate is proof of the maturity of the organization, but also proof that the organization is on the path to excellence. The certification process lasted from March to November 2024, and on that occasion it was established that the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office took the implementation of all steps in the CAF methodology very seriously, and that the organization showed a certain maturity in results orientation, focus on citizens and users, in leadership and constancy of purpose, in management through processes and facts, in involving people and developing human capacities, in continuous learning, innovation and improvement, in developing partnerships and social responsibility.

In the previous period, the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office has been constantly working on the promotion of quality management in public administration through educating others about this process, creating strategic documents where a separate section is dedicated to the same process, and was a model for other organizations in the application of CAF and innovative solutions to improve the work of public administration organizations. We remind you that Bosnia and Herzegovina is a leader in the countries of the Western Balkans when it comes to the process of introducing quality management, and this certificate is the fourth one awarded to public administration organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. So far, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Agency for Civil Service of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Agency for State Administration of the RS have received the same.
