Darko Kasap, deputy state coordinator for public reform, was a guest on BHT1 Live Day where he talked about why public administration reform is late and where BiH is on the way to digitalization of services provided by the administration.
Kasap, among other things, said that there is a delay in the reform of public administration due to the fact that the strategic implementation documents were adopted two years late, and that it is clear that the institutions of administration will have to work harder and faster to implement the agreed activities in all segments, especially in ensuring better, digital services for citizens.
For years, international reports have shown that there has been either stagnation or regression in the digitalization segment of public administration, and that trend must be changed. After all, that is what the European Commission is asking us to do.
