The Council of Ministers of BiH, at the proposal of the Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office, at the session held today in Sarajevo, adopted the Annual Progress Report on implementation of the Revised Action Plana 1 of the Strategy of Public Administration Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the period January – December 2016, which stated that in 2016, a total of 68 per cent of the objectives from the Revised Action Plan 1 has been achieved.
The state level and the Brčko District of BiH achieved an increase in implementation of the objectives / activities from the RAP1 of three per cent, and in the last year, implementation of nine projects started, financed by the funds of the Public Administration Reform Fund, of which two projects were successfully implemented.
The biggest number of objectives, observing by the reform areas, was achieved in the area of institutional communication, namely 79 per cent, and the smallest implementation of the objectives was noted in the area of e-Administration, 50 per cent. The biggest increase of five per cent in implementation of the objectives in the last year was noted in the area of Strategic Planning, Coordination and Policy Making.
