Interested bidders shall be allowed to request in writing and in due time clarification of the tender documentation from the contracting authority, and no later than 10 (ten) days before the deadline to submit the requests to participate / the bids, i.e. by December 16, 2014 in writing by fax or e-mail.

The contracting authority shall send to the candidates who met the prequalification conditions of the contracting authority a request to submit bids.
