At the meeting of the Supervisory team for the reform area Public finances the list of projects in accordance with the Revised Action Plan 1 has not been agreed, therefore the list of priority projects for 2014 has not been determined either. This decision was preceded by different standpoints of members of the ST concerning the project "Introduction of the Budget Management Information System in the Whole BiH" including cantons in the FBiH and municipalities in entire BiH. Neither member nor deputy member of the ST from state level have participated in the discussion because they were justifiably absent.
Present members of the ST have given proposals of new projects and agreed to think about them until the next meeting, which might be organized in March, when the mentioned lists will be confirmed.
Member of the Supervisory team from Brčko, Osman Osmanović has informed that they are at the end of preparing the Terms of Reference for the project "Treasury Information System of the Brčko District of BiH" and that he expects that the document with all comments will be sent to the Public Administration Coordinator’s Office in the middle of the next week.
The expert adviser for the area of Public finances, Azra Branković has informed the attendees that the Terms of Reference for the project "Public Private Partnership" has been sent to the Council of Ministers of BiH.
