One year Twinning program „ Capacity building in the human-resources management system in the field of civil service training in Bosnia and Herzegovina“ organized by Civil Servance Agency of BIH in cooperation with he Finnish Institute for Public Management (HAUS) has been successfully completed.
„It is essential to the European Union that every member state has an independent and professional civil service, Maria Farrar-Hockley, Head of the Operations Section for Justice and Home Affairs, Public Administration Reform, of the Delegation of the European Union to Bosnia and Herzegovina, told at final conference in Sarajevo held on January 27, 2011. in Sarajev at Parliamentary Assembly in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mr. Neven Aksamija, Head of Civil Service Agency of BiH, Mr. Zdravko Kujundžija, Head of Training Department of Civil Service Agency of BiH as well as project team members has addressed to conference participants.
Twinning Training Program attended 42 participants form 35 B&H institutions. Training strategies completed by participants is one of major program results. Additionally, participants received training certificates.
Project aim was providing support to the strenghtening institutional capacities through consolidation of Human Resource Management in the field of training and development.
