Having in mind Bosnia and Herzegovina commitments in terms of the obligatory legal harmonisation, TAIEX (The Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission implemented by the Institutional Building unit of Directorate General – Enlargement) in cooperation with Austrian Parliament ) will organize the study visit from September 28-29, 2010 in Austria for civil citizens who are directly invloved in the legislation harmonisation process and drafting of legal acts.
The aim of the meetings is to ensure a continued and safe electronic tracking of work for the legislative body developing draft text of a legal act: from the initial sketches, draft laws, consultation, aendments to the final passing of a legally binding version in the Official Journal.
The importance of this visit is mirrowed in the fact taht on the B&H way to the European Union of the essential meaning will be the transition from the paper form to the electronic form of creation of texts of draft legal acts and monitoring of their implementation.
