Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mustafa Mujezinovic withdrew strategy of reform of the pension system from Parliamentary procedure.
The main reason for this decision is because all stakeholders were not enabled to participate at public discussion at the same way not contributing to the overall perception of the situation and finding solutions to improve the financial position of pensioners.
The Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted the proposal for this strategy after the the responsible Minister informed that extensive public discussions were published about the document and sublimated its results which proved to be untrue.
Since this is a very important document with long-term implications, the Federal Minister said that there is no need for overstated solutions.
Therefore a strategy of pension reform to be carried out additional public hearings and after a comprehensive analysis of the results of this discussion, the Government of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will revise the document and send it to the Parliament, said in a statement the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mustafa Mujezinovic.
