Twelfth session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund will be held on Friday, October 2nd, 2009, starting at 12 noon, in the Federation of BiH Government building, Ante Starčevića bb, Mostar (I floor – meeting room).
The proposed Agenda of the session is:
1. Adoption of the Minutes from the eleventh session of the Joint Management Board of the Public Administration Reform Fund, held on July 21st, 2009;
2. Discussion of the Report on Evaluation of the Procurement of Services for Implementation of the Project “Budget Management Information System” with proposal of measures – proposal of the Decision on Award of the Contract for Procurement of Services for Implementation of the Project “Budget Management Information System”;
3. Discussion of the Report on Evaluation of the Procurement of Services for Implementation of the Project “Training of Civil Servants for Application of Information Technologies and Work on the Computers” with proposal of measures – proposal of the Decision on Award of the Contract for Procurement of Services for Implementation of the Project “Training of Civil Servants for Application of Information Technologies and Work on the Computers“;
4. Discussion on the Project Proposal “Establishment of Modern Departments for Human Resources Management in the Bodies of Administration in BiH” from the reform area of Human Resources Management;
5. Discussion on the Project Proposal “Training of Civil Servants on the Problem of Domestic Violence” from the reform area of Human Resources Management;
6. Discussion on the project proposal “Publishing of Informative Material of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Government of the FBiH, the Government of the RS and the Government of the Brčko District of BiH“ from the reform area of Institutional Communications;
7. Discussion on the Project Proposal “Transposing EU Legislation in the BiH Legal System” from the reform area of Policy Making and Coordination Capacities;
8. Discussion on the proposal for adoption of changes to the tender documentation for the project “Improvement of Rules and Procedures for Legal, Other Regulations and General Documents Drafting in BiH” from the reform area of Policy Making and Coordination Capacities;
9. Information on changes to the project “One Stop Shop – Services for Assistance to Citizens” delivered on August 21st, 2009 by the PAR Coordinator from the Brčko District of BiH Government, Mr. Brano Jovičić, with proposal for further steps;
10. Information on possibility of engagement of civil servants through the projects financed by the Public Administration Reform Fund;
11. Information on the amount of the PAR Fund assets which are reserved by the reform areas and how much the approved projects will contribute to the AP1 implementation;
12. Discussion on the Report on Evaluation of the Procurement of Services for Implementation of the Project “Training of Public Relations Officers” with proposal of measures – proposal of the Decision on Award of the Contract for Procurement of Services for Implementation of the Project “Training of Public Relations Officers”
